Beautiful location for mountain lovers. Fabulous meals with plenty of choices. Amazing Tirol themed dinner. Daily activities with local alpine guide. Friendly and cozy atmosphere. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Garage available

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great, with plenty of things to do for mountain lovers and families. We were impressed by the hotel's transportation options, as it was easy to get around this city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The food and location were great, with plenty of tasty options for meals and amazing views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the cozy and romantic atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a couple's getaway. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice touch.
The room was smaller than expected and the bed was uncomfortable. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which was slow and unreliable.

The hotel is in a perfect location with direct slope access for ski lovers. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the spa, ski room, covered garage, and various activities for families and mountain lovers. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner served were delicious with plenty of options, and the themed dinners are a must-try.
The shower pipes may be a bit rigid and low for taller guests.

Christmas celebrations were nice, and the snow was wonderful. the dinner and breakfast were delicious. the hotel's location, in the heart of the mountains, gave us a stunning view. We appreciated their well-organized activities, such as the live music and movie nights.
The rooms were pretty old-fashioned. They badly need redecorating.
